CHILDREN & FAMILIES

All children ages birth-5th grade are welcome to join us as we grow together each week! Plymouth Kids meets every Sunday at 11:15 AM for Sunday School, and is committed to helping your child develop a faith they don't have to heal from later. Whether it's going to the zoo, roller-skating, or having an outdoor movie night in our garden, Plymouth Kids has a host of fun events each month to promote community, spirituality, and friendship!

For more info about Plymouth Kids programming, contact Morgan Proffitt-Davis.

Sunday School

Kids here at Plymouth start out in worship with their families - feel free to grab a toy, some crayons, or a book! After the children's sermon, all kids birth-5th grade are invited to the 4th floor for Sunday School around 11:20 AM. Pick up is after service, typically around noon.

Parent & Me Mornings | Mondays, 9:15-10:30 AM | Sunday School Nursery

Children ages 2 years or younger are welcome to fellowship with other parents and their children every Monday morning. We will sing songs, read books and play together. Contact Morgan for more info.

Built in Love | Fall Family Retreat | 1 Corinthians 12:12-31

Friday November 8 - Sunday November 10 | Quinipet Camp & Retreat Center, Shelter Island

God builds each one of us, our families, our churches, and our neighborhoods with different gifts. The apostle Paul compares the body of Christ to the human body, reminding us that we need each other--eyes and hands and head and feet have different uses but they all need each other!  Some of us are good listeners, some of us are good musicians, and some of us are good teachers--God builds us all together in love.

On our fall retreat, we will pray, listen, and play together. While we share meals, play games, explore Bible stories, complete a low ropes course, and worship, we will be recognizing gifts in our families, exploring our belonging in God’s community, and giving thanks for each other.

Families of all ages and stages are welcome. Carve out the weekend to grow together as a family and find some rest in the season.

We will be driving a van from Plymouth to Quinipet for anyone who would like a ride. The van will leave Plymouth at 3:30 PM on Friday, November 8, and we will be back on Sunday by 2:00 PM. If your family’s schedule conflicts with our travel times, you are more than welcome to make your way on your own and join us whenever you can!

The $125/person cost for the weekend covers lodging, food, and activities.

Plymouth Kids Movie Night | Wednesday, November 20, 5-7:00 PM

Join us for an animal movie night! We'll be watching Zootopia! Come dressed as your favorite furry (or scaly or feathered) creature! RSVP to Morgan.
